HR Piscinas
A Pool-Care Brand That Reads Like a Trusted Neighbour
A warm marketing site for a Grande Lisboa pool-care business, built to read like a trusted neighbour and to turn a ten-second phone visit into a quote request.
Visit the projectThe stakes
HR Piscinas keeps private and shared pools clean, balanced, and ready to swim across Grande Lisboa. Their customers, homeowners and condominium managers, are not buying a chemical treatment; they are buying peace of mind. The problem is that every business in this trade presents the same way: the same page-builder template, the same stock photo of a pool, the same list of services. When everyone looks interchangeable, the job goes to whoever answered the phone first.
Nobody hires the fifth identical template they scroll past. They hire the one that already feels looked after.
The move
Instead of decorating another template, we made the water itself the identity. Buttons ripple on press. The pointer leaves a soft wake across the page. It is a small, almost subliminal touch, and it ties the site to the one thing this business actually sells: water that is cared for. Everything around it stays deliberately restrained, limestone and teal, an editorial serif, generous space, so the site reads like a competent neighbour who happens to be a specialist.
What shipped
A fast, prerendered three-page site in Astro, in warm European Portuguese: Início, Sobre, and Contactos. Services are stated plainly as proof points, and every path leads gently to the quote form or the phone. WCAG AA throughout, with all motion disabled under reduced-motion.
What it changed
- A ten-second phone visit now ends at a brand worth remembering, not a template
- Homeowners and condo managers find a clear path to a quote from every page
- The water interaction makes the brand feel alive without adding noise or weight
- The identity stands apart from every page-builder site in the trade
