A Big Four firm in Luxembourg
From Stakeholder Discovery to a Working Action Plan
An advisory and enablement engagement, aligning stakeholders on what was actually needed, validating it, surfacing the real problems, and leaving the team able to carry the plan forward.
The challenge
A Big Four firm in Luxembourg had a project to move forward and a team to bring up to speed, but the stakeholders were not yet aligned on what was actually needed. Before anything could be built or taught, the real requirements had to be pinned down and the genuine problems separated from the assumed ones.
What we did
We started with the people. Working directly with stakeholders, we drew out what the project actually needed, then validated it against how the team really works rather than how it was assumed to. That surfaced the real problems, and we built an action plan on top of them: concrete, sequenced, and owned by the people who would carry it out.
Alongside the delivery, we trained the team hands-on, so the capability stayed in the room after we left rather than walking out the door with us.
The result
- Stakeholders aligned on a single, validated definition of what was needed
- The real problems identified and separated from the assumed ones
- A concrete, sequenced action plan the team owns
- A team more capable of carrying the work forward on its own
